Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of solutions to financial institutions, merchants, and non-financial institutions to help them grow their business profitably. Our issuer value propositions include cardholder benefits insurances, rewards and offers platforms, and end to end program management capability. Our merchant solutions enable retailers to attract new customers, cross-sell to existing customers, and win back existing customers leveraging spending data and Mastercards network capabilities.The North America Loyalty Solutions team champions Mastercards Loyalty Solutions for North American Markets (NAM). The Preference Programs (In Solidary and Mastercard Local) and Offers (Merchant Funded Offers and Mastercard Travel Rewards) Product Management role focuses on the creation and management of a product to deliver Offers and Card Linked Promotions capabilities for our US and Canada customers. The ideal candidate would have a background in consumer rewards or offers with experience building (or using) products that deliver card linked campaigns and offers for customers. Do you thrive in an ever changing and fast paced environment?Role Description:Product Management Responsible for the commercialization, sales enablement, and product management for promotional products focused on driving cardholder engagement and network preference Ongoing product management including project management, financial management, pricing, and market/competitive evaluation Provide strategic advice to Loyalty Program Managers and Product teams regarding design and implementation of B2B or B2C preference programs in market, including but not limited to technical architecture, marketing and awareness campaigns, revenue model, and sourcing relationships Evaluation of global offers available for North American customers, and quarterly review of construct and terms Develop customer business cases to support program expansion and identify growth opportunities Understand key financial drivers and incorporate them into business decisions Contribute to the development and communication of product vision, roadmap, and pricing strategies Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competition to inform product and go-to-market strategies Technical SME and liaison with other teams Global Loyalty, Program Management, Sales, GCCM, Delivery, Biz OPS, Merchant Services, etc. Use communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders and decisions as subject matter expert and thought leaderVendor Management Manage existing an
