Job DescriptionAs a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Operations Project Consultant is responsible for executing upon high priority operational and strategic initiatives. In order to do so, the individual demonstrates effective communication and critical thinking, balances multiple high priority initiatives, engages project teams to meet the desired outcome, engages senior leadership, serves as a liaison with key stakeholders on tasks, leads project teams, collaborates with interdisciplinary members of the health care team including: the medical staff, nursing and other operational areas, administration, and support services to drive projects to execution. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to achieve targeted goals and objectives hold an advanced degree with 2 to 5 years experience performing the types of work described previously will have experience utilizing Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing and project management techniques and will have a demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve significant quantifiable results.Qualificationso Master's Degree requiredo 2-5 years of relevant experienceo Proven leadership, project management, meeting facilitation and change management skillso Effective communication and interpersonal skillso Ability to plan, organize, and direct the activities of otherso High level of energy and enthusiasmo Flexible/adaptable - ability to work with diverse group of healthcare professionals in a matrix environmento Effective problem solving and multi-tasking skillso Proven software competencies (Excel, Power Point, Visio)Job RequirementsApplicable Experience:2 yearsMaster's Degree (Required)Job Details Full TimeDay (United States of America)The best place to get care.
