This position is for a Loan Problem Resolution Specialist with a company located in Tupelo, MS. Job Summary: Assist lending staff in the retail banking locations with all processes in Central Loan Operations (CLO) including, but not limited to, compliance, loan documentation, software, federal and state regulations, and bank policy and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Answer lending related questions from lending staff through the problem resolution call system and email; Log all calls and emails in Workfront to accurately record all assistance provided; Accurately communicate information to lending staff in accordance to loan policy and procedures; Identify and resolve lending issues with the caller in a timely manner; Work daily reports to ensure loans are setup and functioning properly; Assist lending staff with Loan Documentation (Exceptions); Assist lending staff with Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, Xnet, Intracheck, Non monetary maintenance form, eforms and general ledger questions. (Advising, Troubleshooting, Originating, Submitting, Researching and Correcting). Requirements and Qualifications Include: Must have a clear understanding of companies Loan Policy and lending procedures; Must have detailed knowledge of Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, and XNet; Must have a clear understanding of Federal Regulatory Compliance Guidelines for regulations HMDA, Flood, RESPA, and Reg Z; Must have a clear understanding of State Laws and Regulatory Guidelines related to loan documentation requirements; Knowledge of General Ledger accounts; Outstanding communication skills; Analytical skills; Self motivated and teamwork oriented; Troubleshooting skills.
