Dental Community Outreach Team Member (San Antonio, TX)

Smile Structure Dentistry & Braces is looking for fun, energetic, caring team members to help reach our community through oral health awareness and active community participation by attending various health fairs, festivals, and educating our community through presentations and displays.

Your Objective:

Promote Smile Structure's Mission and Core Values so that the public connects with our Mission.

Explain the benefits of oral hygiene to the San Antonio Community.

Use Music, Photos, Videos and your Personal Charisma to communicate.

Engage people in the community on the fly, at local events, in schools, in the Office, and at other venues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Community Outreach Specialist plays a key role in generating awareness about our Providers and Dental Offices in the Community generating healthy patient flow to the office, which is essential to making the office successful.

Local Companies- Build relationships, plan and facilitate outreach activities and presentations to local Schools, Daycare centers, Churches and Employers.

Local Events- Plan and Participate in local Festivals, Health Fairs, School events, Shopping Centers and Parades to generate awareness of our dental office

Patient Appointments- Generate Patient Leads at all local companies and events above and convert them into Appointments.

Social Media- Collaborate with the dental office to post content on Social Media to increase engagement

Requirements:

Travel required.

Bilingual - PREFERRED

EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year experience in local community marketing is preferred.
