As a Visa Consulting & Analytics Senior Manager you will undertake consulting engagements for Visa clients in West and Central Africabased in Abidjan.
You will:
- Lead and develop Visa Consulting & Analytics practice in West and Central Africa
- Drivemeaningful business relationships between Visa and its key clients in West and Central Africa
- Be an experienced strategy consultant able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domains
- Manage the delivery of high quality consultancy engagements
Day to day:
- Understand our clients’ business objectives together with West and Central Africa Account Management Team and identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clients
- Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients
- Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate
- Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of delivery
- Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams as well as the with the Visa Innovation team
Qualifications
What we're after: At least 7+ of solid experience in the following areas: value proposition design, digital transformation experience, product development and launch, card portfolio optimization Experience within a top-tier bank or the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm. A combination of regional and global experience strongly desired Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities. Advanced client contact and presentation skills. Credibility with clients and working teams and diplomatic skills to extract desired outcomes. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA A proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment Excellent spoken and written command of both French and English and excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business information Broad networking across banking industry in West and Central Africa with Extensive knowledge on retail banking. Knowledge of payment systems would be an advantage Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) in the financial services industry and experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environments Deep analytical and quantitative skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience in using agile methods (i.e. Design Thinking, Lean-Start-up, Scrum) would be an advantage Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients if neededAdditional Information
