Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client is an international cosmetics business looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist. They are looking for an experienced professional that can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 - $22/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist must have strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Looking for previous experience, but willing to train the right Accounts Receivable Specialist candidate for the role.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices

Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors

Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Experience as an accounts receivable clerk is a plus

Education Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required
