Job Description

  • Develop and deliver the entire lifecycle of onboarding and training for Medable’s Customer Success team, including developing onboarding and training plans and strategies, identifying and performing audience analysis, building and developing content, delivering onboarding and training sessions, performing gap analysis, and improving the onboarding and training offering on an ongoing basis in light of new product releases

  • Develop and deliver training programs and strategies for Medable’s implementation partners, including facilitation of those training programs

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts across the organization to understand and train on new product features, new processes, and new policies

  • Apply a blended approach to the development of training materials and curriculum that incorporates classroom sessions, eLearning, coaching and mentoring, and web communication

  • Evaluate training and development efforts and suggest changes as necessary. Self-educate to stay abreast of cutting-edge learning and training theory, technology, and techniques

  • Plan and implement a comprehensive training program to onboard new Medable employees

  • Oversee and direct workshops, training sessions, seminars, and lectures for trainees

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Medable policies, processes, and procedures relative to current business operations

  • Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry

  • Mentor and develop new Customer Success team members

  • Maintain effective communication with the team regarding performance and training needs

  • Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve

  • Conducts or facilitates required training sessions

  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

  • Become well-versed in Medable’s software and processes to be able to produce training that can educate others

  • Maintains technical knowledge by collaborating with the Product and training materials development team

  • Leads the creation of training materials and lesson plans to enable staff to learn about new and existing product capabilities, tools, and processes

  • Evaluate effective training strategies on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the training and development field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Finance, or a related field
  • Microsoft Office
  • Proven work experience as a Training Manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Impressive communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Demonstrated presentation, coaching, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strategic and innovative mindset
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
