Job Description

The Marketing Technology Manager is a key contributor to Zurn’s digital strategy, delivering best-in-class customer experience through an integrated digital ecosystem. Their duties include managing the portfolio of Zurn’s digital marketing technologies, leading our master data management team, driving business process, and functional integration needs. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI and reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive adoption and administration of marketing technology platforms
  • Identify opportunities to adopt new features as well as simplify our marketing technology stack
  • Define integration requirements to deliver data and digital content efficiently
  • Design business processes and governance alongside Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, etc. to ensure master data and digital content stays current and relevant
  • Establish a data model with governance that promotes the re-use, standardization, and syndication of content across multiple digital platforms including web, eCommerce, etc.
  • Own the Product Master Data functional area within our ERP including functional requirements, business process, data quality, and user security
  • Lead a team of master data stewards to ensure content is complete and available in all relevant platforms in alignment with new product launch, campaign, and project timings
  • Oversee the data quality and completeness of our customer and product master data to ensure it meets internal and external partner requirements
  • Create project plans outlining actions, owners, dependencies, and timing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with vendors
  • Seek and implement process improvements to drive our culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing or Data Management position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Subject matter expertise in latest marketing technology trends and best practices
  • Experience managing digital marketing platforms including PIM, CRM, DAM, Sales Enablement, etc.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions and meetings with functional and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of data, data model/structures, data flows, and how data supports various business processes in the manufacturing industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
