Construction Crew Team Leader

Team lead of a residential remodeling crew. The person to fill this position would act as an assistant to our Project Supervisor.

Construction Team Lead would lead the construction crew - when the crew is split between jobs, and two leaders are required.

General construction skills with 5 + years of experience

Able to meet scheduled deadlines

Must work well independently and in a team

Respectful others on the job site, both team members and clients. Our company is one of honesty, respect, and quality work.

As this is a contractor (1099) position, you must have your own transportation to and from the job sites and your own basic tools. Large and specialty tools can be provided by the company when needed.

Reliable, must show up to work on time and stay until the daily work is complete.

In lieu of references, you will need to be prepared to show your skills.

There will be a 90-day trial period for the selected candidate
