Self Storage Live-in Onsite Manager Position - Free Rent + wages

We're looking for someone to live at our quiet, secluded and private storage facility in SW Albuquerque and also to potentially help with property management. We rent the units but you'd be required to walk the facility once a day, help with insuring the units are swept and locked once tenants move out, and also greet a customer if they have a question (but most of the time they will rent through phone or internet). The facility is safe, secure, and has an automated gate. Wages will be discussed upon phone interview. This is ideal for someone who's retired or who works from home and would rather just live on site for free rent. If wages are desired then we will need to work out an actual property management position. The apartment is approx 600 sq/ft with back patio area. The property has no businesses or houses on any of the boundaries and so it's a very quiet and peaceful location. We will consider two people max and small pet.
