Job Qualifications

○ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required

○ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of store

○ Provide Customer Service in Showroom as needed

Job Description

○ Process Incoming and Outgoing Mail

○ Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

○ Monitor accounting email

○ Prep bills and invoices for payment

○ Carry out duties such as filing and printing

○ Customer Service: Answer Phone Calls and Greet Customers

○ Follow up emails and/or phone calls to prospective customers

○ Showroom: Inventory, Order, Package, Stock Products, Cash Register

○ Inventory Showroom and Catalog items

○ Update Website Content and Catalog items

○ Assist Customers with order pick-up

○ Perform other miscellaneous duties, as needed

Job Information:

○ Mon - Fri - 1:00pm - 5:00pm

○ Promptness, flexibility, and dependability are a must

○ Must have dependable transportation to and from work
