Our busy acupuncture clinic is looking for the perfect Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task, take initiative and be a self starter, and the ability to work well with others are a must. Cell phone use is not permitted during working hours.
Job duties including but not limited to:
Greeting patients;
Answering multiple phone lines;
Scheduling appointments;
Checking patients in and out;
Taking payments and reviewing accounts receivable;
Verifying insurance benefits/billing;
Scanning, copying, managing office supplies, light cleaning/organizing,
Assisting patients with forms and programmatic questions.
Treatment plans
Work hours: Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break
