To start immediately, office manager to train for 2 months, handling duties independently in Spring.

Prefer someone who is Mac fluent, able to use Bookeeping software for light Bookeeping, familiar with spreadsheets and other standard office processes, including filing and organizing computer files, and has a very sophisticated customer service style to interface with high end clients.

Other duties include: Making payroll checks ready, running payroll and reviewing timesheets and financials on each project, making vendor payments, providing email and phone correspondence with clients, some progress invoicing and collections.

Skills: You are very fluent using a computer, have basic knowledge of landscape construction, office administration and Bookeeping. And have at least 4 years of consistent office administration or similar experience. You must be willing to make changes and be flexible in your approach, as well as willing to easily take direction.

COMPENSATION: $20 per hour to start with $300 hiring bonus.
