A fast-growing open source-as-a-service startup in Sunnyvale is looking to bring on a Senior DevOps Engineer to the team. This company utilizes open source technologies to create more efficient and quicker cloud technologies across multiple platforms. As a DevOps engineer, you will be working within the infrastructure on building the infrastructure and infrastructure tooling for Kubernetes and other open source services. This is a heavy Python coding position and you will be a key member in the development of the infrastructure by making a huge impact. Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient within a Linux environment
- Strong experience working with cloud environments
- Great experience with automation with Puppet and Ansible
- Coding skills in Python
- Docker containerization experience
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Cloud Experience in Openstack or VMWare
- Implementing Kubernetes into production
- Continuous Integration/Deployment with Jenkins
- Cloud: 60%
- Security: 15%
- Infrastructure as Code: 25%
