Full vaccination is required prior to start date.Our client is seeking an ITSM Business Process Analyst for a six month contract to hire opportunity located in Santa Ana, CA or occasionally Anaheim, CA.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the ITSM Business Process Analyst:
  • Support process development and documentation
  • Create reports for IT management to compare SLAs with actual performance
  • Gather, analyze, and report on data to support decision making
  • Track metrics to improve service delivery
  • Act as ITIL SME

Requirements of the ITSM Business Process Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification
  • Understanding of ITIL and an interest in all the different areas
  • Ability to support configuration, change control, and procedures
  • Support some admin duties: ordering equipment, handling welcomes for first day
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow - setting up new users and understanding change control
  • Organized, able to communicate across all levels
  • Ability to put presentations together
