This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve.Any Anthem office preferred but may allow remote for the best candidatePosition will be responsible for identifying and driving process improvement opportunities for Anthem's Clinical Solutions Team to support achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.Supports multiple operations departments by participating in project and process work.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities; develops, tests, presents process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts and other operational improvements; develops and leads project plans and communicates project status; provides process direction and decision making for all minor and major project work; provides guidance to process experts.May perform duties as a lead when involved with enterprise wide initiatives/projects.PE II:Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination in a high-volume managed care operation (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) with the ability to analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.PE Sr:Requires a BA/BS degree; 8-10 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination in a high-volume managed care operation (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) with the ability to analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Additional skills:Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt /similar certification preferred,

strong process flow background, strong operations management, strong analytics

background/advanced analytics degree preferred. Strong ability to rapidly

understand and cohese multiple, complex diverse data sources, strategic

objectives, and tactical considerations into recommendations, and strong track

record of driving implementations of recommendations preferred. Will partner

closely with Workforce Management and Clinical Operations teams to understand
