Delivery Lead/Project Manager

Job Description: Position Summary Seeking a motivated Project Manager in the growing Consumer Credit Assistance (CCA) Portfolio Execution team. The CCA technology team is on a quest to modernize and rebrand what used to be known as Collections and Recovery. Our Delivery Leads support our clients and our teammates by partnering with the business and technology to create an amazing experience for our customers. We are investing significantly in technology and digitizing our customers experience through innovation and creative problem solving. As Delivery Lead / Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of technology projects for the CCA business with the following key responsibilities:

• End to end project execution across people, process, and technology dimensions.
• Leads stakeholder conversations with senior business partners.
• Ensures all change standards are met and project deliverables are managed on time and with high quality.
• Keeps project team focused on delivering critical requirements and scope.
• Escalates and drives resolution of key risks to ensure initiatives meet their objectives.

• Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) as project manager directly managing the delivery of technology solutions.
• Ability to lead full project life cycle delivery across large and complex project efforts (project budgets will typically range from $1-$5MM in year).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Able to adjust level of detail based on audience, and summarize progress and risks to senior leaders.
• Demonstrates strong competence with core project management tools and processes. (this role will own all system of record updates across project execution and financials)

• PMP or Scaled Agile certified
• Past experience as a project manager at banking or highly regulated company with a proven track record of success.
• Familiar with enterprise change requirements and how to apply them to project deliverables.
