Manage a Team of Technical Sales Representatives
Deliver business performance expectations on a weekly basis through accurate Call the Ball and Pipeline reviews
Coach Team members on expectations and achievement of daily Key Performance Indicators
Implement operational programs in territory owned to address Strategic Priorities of the Business

10+ years of industry experience
Advanced organizational skills
Advanced Communication skills
Ability to collaborate well with cross functional Team members
Effective Team building skills
Self-motivated with ability to take high level guidance and implement at the team level with little guidance

Strong Technical Knowledge
Understanding of Datacenter Products and Solutions
Up to date on Industry Trends driving technical transformations
