The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic person who is very experienced with offensive security programs. The Security Assurance Engagement & Operations Manager is responsible for the life cycle of security testing projects, initiatives and adversarial simulation activities. The Engagement & Operations Manager will guide security testing projects and initiatives to successful completion through scoping, planning and execution phases.Key Responsibilities

Create project plans, establish timelines, risk mitigation plans and build budgets

Coordinate team resources and distribute assignments

Track tasks and resources through activity phases to achieve desired outcomes

Maintain communications for projects and initiatives for all stakeholders, providing a single point of contact for all aspects of the engagement

Report on progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within established timeframes

Use of modern project management technologies and tools as required

Maintain analyst capability profiles and collaborate with leadership to identify training, experience and staffing opportunities

Essential Requirements

4+ years of experience directly in, or providing relevant support to security testing programs

Demonstrate an advanced level of proficiency in mapping security testing activities to offensive security training and expertise

Accustomed to working in a dynamic, high pressure, fast-paced environment

Ability to solve problems and work through ambiguity and uncertainty

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to adapt communication style to a variety of audiences

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential preferred

ITIL certification a plus
