Bilingual Case Manager

At least 2 years experience handling PI claims.

Requirements:

-2 years' experience handling PI claims, including property damage and BI

- strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task

-strong phone skills

- proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

-dependable

-able to work well with others

Responsibilities:

- coordinate scheduling of medical treatment

- track case status

- order medical and billing records

- drafting demands to insurance companies and negotiate settlements

- client communication

- draft correspondence to clients, medical providers, insurance companies

- resolve property damage claims

- organize and maintain case files
