This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor within the Treasury organization.Responsibilities: #INDCPLP

Apply check, wire and ACH customer and vendor payments to respective SAP accounts

Contact customers for payment information and to resolve application issues

Reconcile general ledger and customer accounts

Analyze and code short and over payments to facilitate dispute resolution by the business

Maintain Accounts Receivable mailbox and all associated requests

Clear customer account balances as requested by the Business and Credit Department

Continually optimize and maintain statistics information for SAP cash auto-posting

Support Accounts Receivable Supervisor with reporting, special projects, and other tasks as needed

Backup Accounts Receivable team members as needed

Backup Treasury Assistant

Maintain Treasury general mailbox and all associated requests

Process manual ACH, wire and check requests

Process investment activities as requested from Cash Management Specialist

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

3+ years of accounting, cash posting, or bookkeeping experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience with SAP

Strong customer service, data entry, analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and complete assigned work with minimal supervision

Ability to complete multiple tasks with changing priorities

Ability and willingness to identify process improvement opportunities

Ability to interact effectively with others in a collaborative work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Outlook

Ability to prepare accounting reports using SAP, Excel, Power BI or other methods
