We are currently seeking a Compliance Processing Coordinator to join our team at Landings of Lexington, a 180 unit apartment community in Lexington, MN.

Position Summary:

The Compliance Processing CoordinatorÂwould be responsible for processing all prospect applications and recertifications according to compliance regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to compliance including Section 8, Section 42, etc.

Adhere to all Fair Housing laws and regulations

Review and pre-approve certification and recertification files within 24 hours of receipt

Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:

2Âyears of previous experience

4-year degree preferred

Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred

MS Office experience

Strong communication skills

Must know Section 42 LIHTC policies and regulations

Must be able to work on site Â
