With team members located in multiple countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career.The Dell Security & Resiliency Organization (SRO) is seeking a Technology Integration and Program Manager.This role will support the below three pillars of the Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO) and will work on various projects and initiatives:

Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO)

Physical Security

Investigations

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, proven project management experience, paired with excellent time management and communication skills. Delivering projects on time, managing competing demands and using soft skills to build relationships are qualities required to be successful in this role.Key Responsibilities :

Supports the below three SRO pillar strategies and business initiatives and will work with multiple teams and stakeholders to complete/support/improve various projects and initiatives (tools, systems, software solutions).

ERO (includes the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Governance and Crisis Management sub-pillars)

Will perform the actual technical work, as well as identify cross functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and assign work.

Liaisons/coordinates with interdepartmental/cross functional team members to collaborate and align system core competencies to identify priorities and milestones for delivering established business objectives, including: evaluation and recommendation of technologies; coordination of system installations, application and enforcement of regulations, guidelines and policies and providing end user support.

Acts as the System Admin for the ERO SaaS resiliency tool, performing technical standup, delivery and support tasks. Duties include tool and integration technical evaluation/troubleshooting, tool performance and enhancement, business technical briefings and recommendations, tool change management process creation, data error resolution and reporting creation.

Acts as the System Admin for ERO mass communication tool, and is responsible for various technical tasks, including tool support and enhancement.

Responsible for maintaining the health and functionality of the global protection and intelligence systems utilized in SRO to ensure resiliency and stability.

Understanding of technical systems administration for the purpose of identifying the need to develop, perform software/application upgrades including planning, scheduling, testing, deploying and system maintenance.

Works with the relevant SMEs to establish and maintain a system change management and error handling process.

Develop and implement reporting metrics and ensure data accuracy.

Develop and maintain relationships with our technology partners/vendors/business and identify relevant contacts.

Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of vendor roadmaps and communicates to Dell stakeholders so that timing is understood and to ensure alignment with Dell business objectives and priorities.

Apply a working knowledge & experience of the precedents, industry standards, principles and practices of SRO technologies and life safety engineering.

Demonstrated experience coordinating design with other technical disciplines and duty of care to manage comprehensive design packages.

Maintains current business and program capabilities through training, certifications and forums.

Manages projects and program execution; accountable for successful technical implementation of business software applications.

Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.

Responsible for auditing of key systems to ensure compliance and user/admin access.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree+ in a relevant field or 8+ years of role related experience

Strong technical aptitude, analytical and critical thinking

Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting/metrics collecting experience

Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Crisis Management (CM) background

Relevant experience in managing projects and preparing requests for proposals

Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Program management expertise including ability to conduct presentations, staff meetings and project oversight

Preferred :

Knowledge of common SaaS process and systems, tools

Experience dealing with data integration and data integration challenges

Fusion Center/Security Operations Center software – in-house tracking software assistance for but not limited to:

Everbridge Visual Command Center

Archer - incident management instance

International SOS TravelTracker

NC4 Enterprise Risk

Dataminr media and social media monitoring

Experience working with BC, CM and DR solutions

Experience working with mass communication tools

PMP, SIA CSPM, ASIS PSP, ASIS CPP, Microsoft MCP, CBCP and CompTIA A+ are examples of preferred certifications/qualifications but are not required

Ability to develop application interoperability through standardized API’s or SDK’s

Ability to script in a .NET language and familiar with supporting application middleware utilities

Ability to administer SQL database in AlwaysOn configurations
