Servpro of San Marcos/New Braunfels is looking for someone who is self- motivated, positive and an aggressive marketer. Our Sales & Marketing Manager would be responsible for training, riding out in the field with Sales and Marketing representatives. Setting up seminars, Lunch and Learns, Continuing Education courses, oversee social media and website development, attend Chamber of Commerce Events and manage many other marketing activities.

We want this Sales & Marketing position holder to be able to aggressively approach the marketplace and drive the sales volume that we have projected.

The opportunities in this industry are limitless and we are looking for someone to lead and develop a strong Sales and Marketing TEAM.

Your Management roles will include:

Constantly recruit and hire new staff and continuously monitor and evaluate your existing staff.

Set sales goals for your team and constantly monitor performance

Set up a yearly marketing plan and set budgets

Constantly develop & train the marketing team by mentoring, shadowing & coaching.

Constantly marketing to the Centers of Influence. ( COI's)

Develop a consistent approach to marketing that will keep us visible to high profile clients.

Requirements:

- Complete and pass background check.

- Professional and previous sales experience.

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in sales or marketing)

- Dependable, hardworking and proficient in managing staff.

- Ability to go out in the marketplace and build rapport with high profile professionals.

- Team oriented. Strong desire to succeed and build up Team members.

- Capable and skilled in Excel, Microsoft office, Gmail, google sheets.

Compensation- Base salary plus commission with the unlimited potential increased based on sales.
