Grill- Prep Cook:

Grill responsibilities include filleting, portioning & grilling salmon over an open alder wood fire and serving to customers. maintaining the cooking fire during meal service, greeting customers, establishing a welcome atmosphere

Prep duties:

Prep responsibilities include splitting firewood for grill and campfire, maintaining the cooking fire during meal service, loading grills with fish, preparing salads and side dishes, washing dishes, replenishing buffet line during meal service, clearing tables and ensuring facilities & equipment are cleaned & maintained daily to a high standard. Alaska DEC Food Worker Card required.
