IMMIGRATION Attorney (HOUSTON, TX)

Job Description

Board Certified immigration attorney has openings for new associates. Attorneys with prior experience in immigration law, including proceedings in immigration court are preferred however we will consider attorneys with superior academic and professional credentials who have worked in other fields. The ideal candidate should be able to handle all proceedings in immigration court including Individual hearings as well as preparing cases for trial. Some travel is required including consulting with clients in detention centers in Texas and other states. Weekends and evenings as needed to meet case deadlines and workload. Must be willing and able to work with immigration case management software like INSZOOM, etc
