You will have a great talented pool of peers who share the same passion and energy to solve large strategic problems to deliver the best product and services to our customers.As a Senior Manager in Global Process Engineering team, you will lead and manage critical digital transformation process design charter.Key Responsibilities

Process design and analyze solutions that will effectively drive strategic technology transformation and business priorities in Cloud for Dell Technologies Services

Design E2E life cycle – Go To Market (Sales/offers), Deployment, Support, Supply Chain

Transformation requirements gathering and driving process improvements from conception through implementation thought strong analytics foundation

Perform current state vs desired state gap assessment by conducting system flow studies/Simulation and cross-functional multi-stakeholder discussion

Drive strong financial and cost based business outcome assessments

Design core decision science models to drive future state design lock

Manage E2E program scope and cross functional business stakeholders/leaders

Conduct reviews and readouts with Executive audience

Essential Requirements

MS Engineering or MBA candidates with 10 years of professional experience highly preferred, plus strong design, Analytics, Business finance and Strategic solutions acumen and 4 years of leadership experience

Prior experience managing a team in strategic design delivery

Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a very cross functional, multi domain environment

Strong program/business management skill-set and experience

Strong communication and presentation (Executive level) skill-set

Proven ability to understand data and handle large data files to independently produce data results, business/optimization insights and cost/benefit assessment
