DescriptionManagement Resources is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity in Richardson. As the Senior Treasury Analyst you will be responsible for the daily cash management and treasury activities for over thirty entities.Key Responsibilities:o Prepare the daily cash positioning and execute the cash funding needs for over thirty entitieso Work closely with corporate treasury manager to provide accurate cash forecasts by entity and forecast each entity’s funding positiono Collaborate with subsidiaries to understand cash trends and cash needs on a short term and long term basiso Execute the conversion of currencies and settlements for each entityo Coordinate the movement of any excess cash to and from subsidiary accounts and minimize idle casho Oversee and approve disbursements for each entity and be able to identify and explain variances from cash forecastso Work with banking partners and coordinate with internal personnel to facilitate the issuance of letter of credits, guarantees, and financing needs at the subsidiary levelo Effectively transact within various banking portals and be the point of contact for local banking needso Ensure controls and procedures are operating within guidelines for the safekeeping of cash and assetso Prepare monthly journal entries for all treasury accounts and serve as key contact to the accounting team for treasury transactions and postingsTo be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume to Karina Varian at karina.varian@rhmr.com and Diane Giannola at diane.giannola@rhmr.comRequirementsThe successful Senior Treasury Analyst will possess the following: BS degree in accounting, minimum 5 years of relevant treasury experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong analytical and organization skills Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred Experience with banking portals and SAPTo be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume to Karina Varian at karina.varian@rhmr.com and Diane Giannola at diane.giannola@rhmr.comOur industry-leading alliances and broad client network provide you greater access to a variety of unique interim and long-term project opportunities that can keep you continuously engaged.
