Job DescriptionPoint of contact for the customer's biggest client. Ensuring that the client is consistently receiving quality service at all times and constantly looking at ways to improve efficiencies and the overall productivity by tracking accuracy, orders entered, and other metrics. Monday-Friday 8am-5pmRequirementsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take all new orders and POs

Sets up sales order in system and any deviations in initial order

Processes packing changes and or changes to specs

Liaison between customer and supply chain team

Manages all due dates and expectation

Interfaces with senior level client personnel

Works under minimal supervision and exercises independent judgement

Enforces company standards, policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma, bachelor-s degree preferred

3-5 years related experience

Experience with contract manufacturers for dietary supplement and personal care products preferred

Experience or understanding of production planning with contract manufacturing environment preferred

Well-developed customer service experience

Excellent professional written and communication skills on the phone or electronically

Acute attention to detail

Problem solving, strong organization and analytical skills

Creative, flexible and innovated team player

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence
