Responsibilities and Duties:

-Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the office.

-Direct clients/visitors to the appropriate office and person.

-Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls.

-Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials and stationery (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).

-Provide basic and accurate information vie phone/email and in-person.

-Receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries/mail.

-Help maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk (issuing visitor badges, monitoring logbook, etc.)

-Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.

-Update calendars and schedule meetings.

-Organize and prepare meeting spaces.

-Arrange travel and accommodations.

-Keep updated records of office costs and expenses.

-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as transcribing, faxing, photocopying, and filing.

Pay and Schedule:

-$18 to $20 an hour (depends on experience)

-7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma and a minimum of five years of related experience OR an Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience.

-Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as a team member.

-Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

-Strong organization skills demonstrated by the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

-Professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
