Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: United StatesNewRequisition #: PS33236The Salesforce Business Analyst will support the Salesforce Center of Excellence Strategic Initiatives. Their primary job function is to partner with Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Developers to achieve the desired business requirements in a sustainable Salesforce Native First approach. Helping the organization stay efficient and on tops of things while keeping an eye on the company success and Customer relationships.Core Job Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering: Guiding business partners on system capabilities based on the project scope/funding model and turning them into actionable items for Salesforce Administrators/Developers.

Process Mapping: To be process flows, inclusive of stage to input mapping

User Interface Design Specifications: Mapping of what information needs to be displayed/edited during each step of the process to allow for optimum UI design.

Agile Story Development: Creating all development user stories in SAFe methodology rigor and performing testing on developed work to ensure that the item developed meets the intent of the story.

User Acceptance Testing: Write test scripts and facilitate business UAT

Requires a BS/BA degree, 3-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Salesforce Trailhead Ranger or Salesforce Certified Administrator

Working knowledge of AgileProcess
