Manufacturing OperatorPAY RATE : Starting at 17 per hour, depending on experience.Hours : 2:20pm to 11:20pmKEY FUNCTIONS:

Set up and operate specific work center equipment and/or tasks under normal supervision. -

Monitor necessary equipment and perform adjustments as needed. -

Record necessary data and as well as perform computer input and retrieval completely and accurately. -

Work independently of others as well as with team members, area managers, and support personnel. -

Assist with work center inventories. -

Use participative team management style. -

Wear PPE, as required, and observe health, safety and environmental policies. -

Successfully complete required safety training including but not limited to forklift, drug and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving . -

Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to or in lieu of those described above, and any duties are subject to change at any time, according to the needs of the company.

BASIC SKILLS: - Lift, carry, position, push, pull, 50 pounds - Use fingers to touch and surfaces for lumps, holes, roundness - See and distinguish colors - Hear and distinguish sounds high/low pitch, rasping, roaring - Basic computer skills Email, Microsoft Office - Basic mechanical skills use of hand tools - Stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.PREFERRED SKILLS: - Familiar with the use of Fluke meter, HV Test equipment, IR meters, Gain phase equipment, and fiber optic test equipment. - Familiar with the use of measurement devices Metric/English hand mic, dial mic, wrap around tape, scale, optical comparator .PREFERRED EDUCATION: - Associates - Vocational technical training electricalEXPERIENCE: 0 - 2 years mechanical and/or manufacturing experiencePREFERRED EXPERIENCE : 2 5 years manufacturing experienceWhy Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
