SUMMARY: Performs Bookkeeping and office support activities for the company
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Duties will include Bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable, spreadsheets, reports, and filing. Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive software skills are required, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. Excellent problem solving and people skills also required. Good time-management skills. Multi-task and attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
