The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Compliance Manager for the money transmitter subsidiary of RealPage, Inc. This position assists in the day to day support of BSA/AML and OFAC control processes and may work on other projects on an ad hoc basis.The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following: Works with the compliance group for projects and product development with moderate supervision Reviews potential areas of concerns and/or findings in AML MIS reporting, transaction monitoring and AML and fraud investigations Participates in compliance training Contributes to projects and product development Completes investigative reporting for case management and SAR filings Supports a Culture of Compliance for the company through communications and actions Other duties as assignedBachelor’s degree preferred but professional experience may be considered in lieu of education Five plus years of BSA/ AML/ OFAC, KYC, EDD, Financial crime investigations and SAR reporting experience Must be CAMS certified within 6 months of hire date Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Timely, accurate and efficient processing of departmental reports, projects and tasks related to applicable regulatory compliance Excellent verbal/written communication skills General understanding of banking operations Ability to prioritize along with good time management skills Proficiency with MS OfficeICIMS Req ID: 19-5914 Education: Bachelor's Degree Travel: 10% Street: 2201 Lakeside Blvd Telecommute: No
