Aftermarket Parts Specialist
Hamer-Fischbein, a GROWING division of Duravant, designs and manufactures bagging equipment and packaging solutions under the Hamer and Fischbein brands is seeking an Aftermarket Parts Specialist for our Plymouth, MN office. These trusted brands combine over 200 years of industrial bag closing and automated packaging experience to improve packaging line efficiency and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with customers through phone conversations and email requests to gather all information from the customer and provide them with accurate and actionable information.
Partner effectively with our internal Supply Chain, Warehouse and Technical team to solve customer needs efficiency and escalate issues as necessary.
Enter orders into EPICOR (ERP) using order entry process and entering Salesforce.com cases. Provide customers with quotes as requested.
Ensure fast response to Dealer, Distributor, OEM and End User orders inquiries, order tracking and all other interactive support customers may need.
Ability to grasp use and functionality of all our products. Recognize when customers should be referred to Service Technicians or Sales Representatives to address specific technical equipment inquiry questions.
Work with EPICOR (ERP) and Salesforce.com daily, make recommendations on processes and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma required.
2+ years of customer service experience in capital or industrial equipment preferred.
Experience working with EPICOR and or Salesforce.com, preferred but not required.
