RECEPTIONIST OPENING: The St. James Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full time receptionist. Must have good people skills and be able to handle a busy patient load while maintaining a good attitude. Applicant must be able to take initiative and think on the go. Duties would include: scanning of files, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and general day to day activities of a veterinary office. Applicant should have some knowledge of animals.
