Operations Specialist (Plymouth)

Solutran is seeking an individual with banking experience to join their team!

The tasks:

- Processing internal and external inquiries and error resolution for multiple products within the company

- Processing client and bank adjustments in accordance with banking regulations and service level agreements

- Assisting with balancing differences and/or exceptions

- Completing research requests

- Providing operational support to other areas as needed

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- A high school diploma or GED

- 1-3 months related experience (banking experience preferred)

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Computer skills; especially with Microsoft Office
