Maintenance Technician

Location: Good Samaritan Society Denton Village Address: 2500 Hinkle Dr, Denton, TX 76201-0739 USA Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: RotatingJob Responsibilities1030am-7pm weekdays and rotating weekends. Weekend On Call PayThis position performs preventative maintenance and repair work on building and grounds.Performs preventive maintenance on location and equipment. Completes repairs as needed or requested. Assures all floor surfaces are clean and appropriately finished. Keeps garbage removed from building. Keeps walls and windows clean and in good repair. Keeps various work and storage rooms, tools and supplies organized and clean. Picks up litter, ensures entry to building is clean. Maintains furniture, lighting, flags, and signs. Keeps sidewalks and entries clear.
