The ideal candidate will be an experienced Security professional who has a working knowledge of foundational policies, standards and procedures which encourage a global security culture.Key Responsibilities

Manage, lead and handle the CSSE team responsible for responding to all security and resiliency-related requests from potential and existing Dell Technologies global customers who request information about our Security practices, ensuring we provide timely, accurate and valid responses

Manage and resolve escalations arising from sales-based security and resiliency requests

Ensure that repeatable and sustainable processes are in place for CSSE team members to meet SLA’s for customer requests, ensuring all information is recorded in the engagement tool on a timely basis

Expert knowledge of Dell Digital (IT) Infrastructure and Security & Resiliency SAFE@Dell Policies, Standards, Procedures and Controls or basic IT and Security rules to advise and support on customer responses

Work with transaction lawyers on complex, global customer contracts to agree and resolve issues around security requirements

Lead and manage customer security and resiliency-based audits, managing planning and scoping of audtis, ensuring relevant materials and personnel are available, gathering and providing appropriate evidence, and managing and issues or findings arising from customer audits

Develop, build and maintain strong business relationships with sales and services account managers, as well as relevant leaders and stakeholders to effectively respond to Dell customer vendor assessments/audits

Ensure that the team researches, analyzes, and documents internal security processes and evidence of compliance to our portfolio of security and resiliency policies, standards, procedures and controls

Define, implement and manage appropriate metrics and reporting to analyze and report on CSSE performance and delivery for executive leadership

Lead, mentor and manage the CSSE ream, driving excellence in performance and delivery, ensuring team members are motivated, trained, inspired and successful. Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or Accounting Information Systems is desired

CISA or CISSP certification is desired

Past experience as a team lead or manager in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Cybersecurity that inspires team members to perform their responsibilities effectively

Past experience working with Sales or Services, responding to corporate customer inquiries and requests for information/verification

Expert knowledge of concepts related to information systems audit, information security, general IT controls, application controls and technology risks

Advanced understanding of Cybersecurity key concepts with expertise in performing security control assessments utilizing established industry frameworks

Working knowledge of audit standards, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST Cyber, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, EU GDPR, PCI and Cyber Essentials framework

4+ years of Corporate Security Policies, Standards and Procedure experience

Expert use of Microsoft Office (Work, PPT, Excel and Outlook)

Focus on accuracy and strict attention to detail

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
