Bookkeeper

Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Invoicing of merchandise at location.

Accounts receivable for location.

Receiving of merchandise.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Candidates should have the following experience/skills:

Proficiency in Word and Excel

Clear written and verbal communications

Excellent attention to detail

Works well in a team environment

Experience in accounts receivable

Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience

Strong customer service skills

Ability to compile and analyze data and prioritize work to meet deadlines
