This position will reside at the Bridgeport, TX Quarry.The Maintenance Administrator at the Bridgeport Quarry will perform a variety of duties. Responsibilities may vary and may include a wide range of tasks such as serving as the point of contact for customers and visitors at the site, keeping daily records of maintenance, preparing monthly reports, etc.Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority / Female / Veteran / DisabledWhat you'll get to do:

Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors

Inputting of data from completed work orders into a CMMS

Organize office operations and procedures

Keep accurate daily records of maintenance

Prepare month end reports

Work in conjunction with numerous departments (operations, maintenance, warehouse) to complete required paperwork and reporting

Establish and maintain open communication with vendors and employees

Provide timely customer service for all calls, emails and questions from supervisors, employees & vendors

Other duties as required

Who we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in a similar industry.

Strong MS Office Suites skill set –Word, Excel, and Outlook.

CMMS experience

Good communication skills and attention to detail a must.

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Ability to work well as part of a team environment.

Schedule will vary depending on business needs; typically work Monday thru Saturday, occasionally Sunday.
