Consults with management on solutions to global business issues and organization improvements. Analyzes existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifies improvements and opportunities for standardization. This position has a strong understanding of systems and enterprise wide strategic focus. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Identifies and provides project management of process improvement opportunities that result in increased savings.Provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.Identifies areas at risk and make recommendations on how to minimize the risk.Identifies automation opportunities.Consults with business partners concerning processes, procedures, and other enterprise rules.Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties.Coordinates implementations and monitors post-implementation.Translates the most highly complex and varied business needs into requirements. These needs typically involve a significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions.Provides expertise on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.Ensures new processes are in alignment with standardization focus of organization.Leads various committees or work groups to develop, implement, modify and document new or revised Recovery Identification and Analytics (RIA) operations processes, procedures, systems and tracking mechanisms to improve efficiency.Represents the RIA organization on strategic projects and initiatives.Works with management in developing regional and corporate RIA strategy.Uses discretion in making independent decisions.Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, effective virtual presentation and facilitation skills, research and data analysis experience, advanced skill level with MS Excel – pivot tables, formulas, v-lookup, critical thinking, strong decision making skills, collaboration skills, and ability to prioritize work. Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages to completion.Experience in project management, business analysis, prior experience working with automated systems and/or data systems. PMP, Agile certification or applicable professional designation preferred.Requires a BS/BA degree, 8 - 10 years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
