Seasoned direct response pro 20+ years experience $100 HR

I am looking for a highly skilled direct response writer with old-school direct-mail experience and new school digital experience.

This is a slightly unusual part-time position, in that we work in a copywriting group of 3 to 4 people using a combination of brainstorming, then writing, then checking in, writing, copying the best of other people’s writing and so on. It’s hard to describe the process exactly, as it is different each time.

This is slower, but as you will see, it is a highly powerful process in getting exceptional quality writing. My guess is you will not have been exposed to this exact process, but will most likely find it fun and exhilarating.

Our writing team meets over Zoom most every other Saturday from 10 to 5PM MT. We also meet two evenings per week from 5 to 7PM MT. Although I am hiring a part-time person to begin with, this has the absolute possibility of turning to turn into a full-time job with high upside potential for the right person.

The writing we are doing is first for a PPM (private placement memorandum) for fundraising purposes followed up by brochure, web, video and other animated copy. I am not expecting that you will have experience in writing PPM type copy, but as an exceptional copywriter, I would expect you to learn this style quite quickly.
