PART-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER (HOUSING AVAILABLE) (San Antonio, TX)

Are you a confident, reliable, and tough person who knows how to make minor repairs around the house? If so, we have the perfect gig for you. Our multi-family property needs a jack of all trades Assistant Manager who can perform some basic office functions, professionally communicate with residents and vendors, and who knows how to both make minor household repairs and accurately assess, report and handle maintenance emergencies.

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position that requires showing rentals to prospective tenants, issuing warnings/violations to ensure compliance with rules/regulations, sometimes traveling (30-60 minute drive) to other properties on an as-needed basis, and generally being on-call and available to deal with occasional emergencies. Rent-free on-site housing (3 bed, 2 bath) is optional. Spanish fluency required.
