We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Security Officer in the Pecos area. Previous security experience is strongly preferred. Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required as this position will be working inside an office environment. Applicants must be able to work independently with little or no supervision while performing duties with the highest level of accuracy. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail. Candidates must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment. A professional appearance is required. The posts available are 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts. The starting rate of pay will be $17.50-20/hour depending on experience. Benefits include fully paid premiums for medical insurance and 10 paid holidays.A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
