May be responsible for various administrative/office tasks and assignments in the department, working independently or as part of a team or work group.

May assist in preparing written reports, communication or correspondence on behalf of the department.

May attend various events and functions.

Other duties as assigned.

 High School, Trade or College Student  At least 16 years of age

Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to operate basic office equipment (i.e. scanner, fax and photocopier)

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Ability to manage time and meet project commitments

Ability to take on challenges and learn at a quick pace.

The incumbent works in a typical office environment; relatively free from any environmental hazards or conditions.
