Job Processor/ Estimator

Waterjet Cutting Solutions Inc.

The Job Processor is responsible for creating estimates with the help of other office staff. They will be the point to receive customers orders and manage the paperwork throughout the job while closely working with the shop personnel.

Helpful to have knowledge in:

Any computer drafting or CAD

Reading and understand mechanical part drawings

Quickbooks

Fabrication experience

Tasks:

Accurately write up information on estimates for customers

Work with vendors on pricing and material logistics

Ensure invoices match estimates and audit job progress

Create drawings and tool paths for estimating.

Work with shop to create schedules

Help manage office

Gather feedback from customers to help maintain quality and competitiveness

Invoice customers

Analyze drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
