We seek women and men who share our values, thrive in a team environment, and recognize the importance of accountability; people who strive to exceed expectations to ensure our Clients' success.We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Product Manager based in Round Rock, TX or Remote to join our IAM leadership team with a focus on defining and executing a modernization strategy for our IAM services and capabilities. You will collaborate with Cybersecurity Architecture, our Program Office and our IAM Engineering teams to establish a multi-year roadmap, budget forecasts, detailed estimates, and delivery schedules for these roadmap projects. You are expected to have subject matter expertise in all areas of product management, including demand management, business management, stakeholder management, roadmap development, communications, and user experience.Key Responsibilities

Manages requirements for IAM product and solution offerings, including feature/cost trade off decisions, trade marking important features, and driving peripheral requirements for product platforms.

Collaborate with Cybersecurity Architecture, IAM Engineering, and IT Architecture to develop multi-year roadmap aligned with Dell Cybersecurity’s digital transformation goals

Actively promote Agile working practices and help the team transition from their current processes

Support the IAM functional leaders in promoting a culture of ownership, responsibility, and quality

Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure that work is prioritized appropriately

Work with technical/non-technical stakeholders and the team to specify epics and stories with enough discussion and acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery

Leads business case for enhancements or new products; makes recommendations and negotiates with other functional leaders

Organize work estimates at various levels of granularity to set delivery expectations appropriately and allow informed prioritization

Prioritize issues and ‘business as usual’ work alongside project deliverables

Update stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and delivery risks (and mitigation strategies identified)

KPI metric tracking and reporting

Identify and deliver cost saving initiatives

Requirements

15+ years professional experience with a minimum of 8 + years working within the Identity & Access Management domain

Working knowledge of IAM technologies for Identity Lifecycle & Governance, Single Sign-On, Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, LDAP Directories

Solid understanding of IAM Industry trends, leading-edge technologies, and best practices for delivering a mature IAM Program

Demonstrated success in a Product Management construct with an emphasis on information security solutions in both on-Premises and a Cloud based environments.

Proven experience developing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise IAM technology solutions

Understanding of end-to-end information technology process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture, engineering, implementation, and operations

Experience building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders

Strategic thinker; makes appropriate business decisions and gains cooperation of others

Familiar with one or more SaaS based cloud identity platforms, such as Okta, Ping Identity, etc.

Familiar with one or more of the commonly used cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

Proven track record of increasing performance and organizational health by applying Agile and DevSecOps principles

Expert communication and presentation skills working with both technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
