Family Law Paralegal (Downtown)

Small family law practice looking for an experienced family law paralegal.

Candidates must have experience with preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, performing legal research and other correspondence (e.g., debt and asset lists, witness affidavits, child support worksheets, responsive pleadings, etc.), under the supervision of an attorney. Applicants must be able to multitask, set/follow priorities, adhere to deadlines, work independently, understand/utilize proofreading/editorial skills. Personal qualities preferred include initiative, creativity, discretion, diplomacy, communication/problem-solving skills, and organizational ability. Candidates with experience will be given preference in employment.
