Recently I had an employee embezzle about $110,000.00 from my company. One of the several ways they stole money was by having a credit card with a 4k limit and they stole money from 2 of my bank accounts. They stole 9K from Compass to make payments on the card and they stole 13K from Frost. I was absolutely amazed that when I went to Frost that they gave me the money back complete in less than 24 hours. Compass bank has been 5 days and so far they have not refunded the money.
They stole the money in several creative ways.
The accountant before this one stole 17K that we never got back (yet) and one before that took 250K.
